Gymo

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

Gymo (“we”, “us”), a product of Numo, is a platform that gyms and coaches use to manage their members, and that members use to train, track progress and stay connected with their gym. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Gymo you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address and (optionally) phone, used to create and secure your account.
  • Membership & gym data: the gym you belong to, your membership status, attendance and class bookings.
  • Fitness data you create: workouts and logged sets, personal records, nutrition entries and water intake.
  • Messages: chats between you and your coach or gym.
  • Device & technical data: a push notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic technical information needed to operate the service.

How we use your information

  • Provide the core features: training plans, progress tracking, bookings, your membership card and messaging.
  • Connect you with your gym or coach and keep your membership up to date.
  • Send notifications you opt into (for example, a new message from your coach).
  • Keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf to run the service:

  • Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
  • Expo / Apple / Google — delivery of push notifications.
  • Render — application hosting.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours, under appropriate safeguards.

Data sharing

Your gym and the coach assigned to you can see the information needed to provide their service (for example your membership status, attendance, assigned plans and the messages you exchange with them). We do not share your personal data with anyone else except as described here or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Some records may be retained by your gym as part of their own business records. You can delete your account at any time (see below).

Deleting your account

You can delete your account directly from the app: go to Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your Gymo account and the personal data you created (workouts, nutrition entries and messages). You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We process email requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Children

Gymo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
