01The service

Gymo is software to run gyms: the operations web app, the desktop app for the front desk, turnstiles and cash, and the gym-branded app for its members. What each plan includes is listed on gymo.fit.

We keep improving Gymo and may change or remove features. If a change takes away something important from the plan you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

02Your account

Whoever creates the gym becomes the account owner and decides who to invite and with which role. Keep your password and the terminals' PIN safe: anything done with them counts as done by your gym.

You must give real information and be at least 18 years old and able to bind your gym.

03Plans, trial and payments

You can try Gymo free for 7 days without a card. After that, the plan is paid in advance each month or each year, at the price published on gymo.fit when you pay. The yearly payment equals 10 months.

If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before and the change will apply from your next period. If a payment fails, we will let you know and may pause the account until it is settled; your data is not deleted because of it.

04Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and we do not refund partial periods, unless the law requires it.

After cancelling you have 90 days to export your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you first when possible.

05Your data and your members' data

The data you upload belongs to your gym and you can export it at any time. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as a processor, under the Privacy policy.

As the controller of your members' data, you collect their consent (express consent for fingerprints), tell them how you use it and handle their requests. We help you with whatever you need to do so.

06Acceptable use

Do not use Gymo for anything illegal, to send unwanted messages, to try to access other people's accounts, to copy the software or to disrupt it. Gymo, its brand and its code belong to Numo; your brand and your content are yours.

07Hardware

Gymo works with compatible turnstiles, fingerprint readers, printers and cash drawers that you buy and maintain. We are not responsible for failures of the equipment, the wiring or your gym's network.

08Availability and liability

We work to keep Gymo always available and the front desk keeps working offline, but we do not guarantee the service will never fail. Gymo is provided “as is”.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Gymo in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

09Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here and notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Gymo afterwards means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Before any formal claim, write to us so we can try to resolve it directly.
